The interview is taken on 7th September 08 from an expatriate at Khaosan Road regarding the political situation. Upon interview, Ed states the situation has neither affected him nor the tourism in Thailand. Moreover, most of the foreigners usually if not told by locals wouldn’t even know that any crisis is going on and so far no problem is found regarding public transportation.

The interview is taken on 7th September 08 from a German tourist visiting Chatuchak Market regarding the political situation. Upon interview, tourist states the situation has neither affected his visit to Thailand nor to the tourism in Thailand. He feels everything is still safe, same as his earlier visits to the country. Its just that he would avoid going to the demonstration areas.

Perhaps, they feel safe and calm on the “Land of Smiles”.
